Carl Heinrich Langbehn, un avocat qui était susceptible d’obtenir un cabinet ministériel si la tentative d’attentat de juillet 1944 contre Hitler avait réussi, comparaît devant le Volksgerichtshof (Tribunal du peuple) à Berlin. Langbehn fut exécuté à la prison de Ploetzensee le 12 octobre 1944.
