Margarete (Marga) Himmler was the wife of Heinrich Himmler, Reichsführer of the SS. Her personal diary, which has entries from 1937 through 1945, describes important events, pro-Nazi opinions, and details about her family and social life. In this diary entry dated March 13, 1938, she describes hearing about the Anschluss on the radio while her husband was in Vienna.
