Yugoslav Yahudisi Bay Mandil ve oğlu Gavra saklanırken. Mandil ailesi, 1942’de Arnavutluk’tan kaçtı. 1943’teki Alman işgalinden sonra Mandil’in Arnavut çırağı, ailenin sağ kalan fertlerinin saklanmasına yardım etti. Arnavutluk, 1942–1945 arası.
