나치의 잔학성에 대한 국제적 인식과 대응이 높아지는 가운데 나치는 적십자 조사단이 체코슬로바키아에 위치한 테레지엔슈타트 게토를 방문할 수 있도록 허용하였다. 게토의 열악한 상황을 은폐하고 정상적인 환경으로 보이도록 하기위한 일련의 조치들이 취해졌다. 오케스트라 연주를 담은 이 영상은 독일 선전선동부가 적십자사의 테레지엔슈타트 방문을 기해 제작한 것이다.
