Des hommes tsiganes, gardés par des oustachis (fascistes croates) et des soldats allemands, utilisés comme main-d'oeuvre forcée à la construction d'un camp d'internement, probablement à Jasenovac en Croatie. Le régime oustachi s'allia avec l'Allemagne pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et mis en oeuvre son propre programme d'extermination. Le régime élimina pas moins de 50 000 Tsiganes en Yougoslavie.
