  • ウッチゲットーのシンガーミシン

    アーティファクト

    このシンガーミシンは、ポーランドのウッチゲットーで靴職人が使用していました。ドイツは早くも1940年5月にはウッチゲットーに工場を建設し始め、ユダヤ人住民を強制労働に利用しました。1942年8月までに、同ゲットー内には100棟弱の工場がありました。その大部分の工場では、ドイツ軍のための布織物(特に制服)を生産していました。
